Review your court, time, and guests before continuing to payment.
A booking applies only to its confirmed court and time slots. Please arrive before your reserved time to complete check-in, member verification, and any outstanding payments. Your court time starts as scheduled; late arrival does not extend your booking.
Bookings are non-transferable. Customer cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are not available. A no-show remains paid and nonrefundable.
Hoarding or reselling court reservations is prohibited.
Training with an outside coach is limited to two booked court-hours across both courts. A ₱500 corkage fee applies per court per continuous booked period.
Open play, tournaments, and other events must be coordinated with the administrators before booking.
You have five minutes to pay and upload QR PH proof after a hold starts. Staff reviews proof before confirmation.
A member access code is private and non-transferable. The member whose code unlocks a benefit must be available for onsite verification.
Sharing a member access code follows this sanction sequence: warning, then a ₱500 penalty fee, then membership cancellation, then a ban.
Additional non-members who arrive must settle their applicable guest charges onsite.
