Customer details
A booking asks for the booking contact's name, email address, and mobile number. Customers are responsible for reviewing the details and selected schedule before starting payment.
Availability and confirmation
Displayed availability is advisory until the service revalidates a complete selection. A booking with an amount due is confirmed after staff approves the submitted QR PH payment proof. An eligible zero-total voucher booking confirms automatically without payment or proof.
Member access
A valid private member access code may reveal the following booking week for covered playing dates. The code is private and non-transferable, and the associated member must be available for onsite verification. Sharing follows the published warning, ₱500 penalty fee, membership cancellation, and ban sequence.
Booking rules
Bookings are non-transferable and may not be hoarded or resold. Customer cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are unavailable. Reservations use strict time slots, and a late arrival does not extend the booking. Outside-coach training is capped at two booked court-hours and carries the published corkage fee.
